Online and Mobile Banking, What to Expect After the Core Data Processor Conversion

Our new digital banking suite is available and you can now enroll here. Please take a moment to carefully read the below as we have a NEW digital banking suite including a new online banking site, new mobile app, and new phone banking number. You will not be able to access digital banking through any of the old channels.

Please establish new login credentials. View a short video of how to enroll here. If you previously used our digital banking services, your existing user name and password will no longer work. To enroll in online, mobile, and/or phone banking you will need the following information for the primary account holder:

  • Your account number
  • Your social security number
  • Your phone number on record with us
  • Your email address on record with us

You can complete enrollment for online and mobile banking either online or through the mobile app. Once enrolled, you will be able to use your login online and on mobile. If you used our mobile app previously, you will need to download our new app named "Maui County FCU Mobile" from the App Store or Google Play.

Once logged in you may notice that the online and mobile banking platforms now have the same look as each other and have virtually the same functionality. Please be sure to check your account information and report anything that is incorrect. You will not see any account history prior to March 1, 2024.

If you use bill pay, you should now see all your payees and scheduled payments. If you had any external account transfers setup through online banking, those accounts will need to be re-established.

In the coming days you will receive a series of emails to help you get acquainted with our new suite of digital banking services. Want to get started now? Click the button below to begin enrollment.
