The core data processing system conversion was completed on March 2, 2024. Now what? We've compiled some of the most frequently asked questions that members may have after the system change.
Why can't I view my account history?
Only transactions from March 1, 2024, forward will show in the new online/mobile banking platform. Members should have received their February 2024 statements in the mail. Members can request transaction history for a specific period of time by sending a message through digital banking or emailing a request to [email protected].
Why can't I view eStatements prior to April 1, 2024?
In the new digital banking system, you will be able to see eStatements beginning with your March 2024. If you were previously enrolled in eStatements, you will be able to see historic eStatements in the coming months. If you need specific transaction history in the meantime, send us a secure message for the statement dates through digital banking.
Why are ACHs setup for Savings now coming out of Checking?
On our previous system the trans code was used to determine which account the funds came from. The new system uses the Checking MICR number. To have the funds to continue to come out of Savings, you will need to give the Savings MICR number to where the ACH was setup up. Unfortunately, we cannot change it on our side. Alternatively, members can transfer funds between checking and savings accounts with a few clicks in digital banking.

Members will need to delete their old Maui County FCU Mobile app (light green icon) and download the new mobile banking app from the App Store or Google Play.
All members will need to enroll for the first time regardless if you previously enrolled in online or mobile banking. Once enrolled users will experience an entirely new look and feel with new features and options, some of which include:

How do I log in to online and mobile banking?
Members will need to re-enroll in online banking or in the mobile app. Members will need their social security and member numbers to enroll. For mobile banking, members will need to download the new mobile banking app “Maui County FCU Mobile”.
Will I need to re-enroll in eStatements?
If you were previously enrolled in eStatements, you will not need to re-enroll.
Did my transaction history transfer to the new digital banking platforms?
No, transactions prior to March 1, 2024 will not be available. All members were mailed their February 29, 2024 statements regardless of whether they're enrolled in eStatements.
How do I enroll in eStatements?
If you were not previously enrolled in eStatements, once logged into online or mobile banking take the following steps:
If you change your mind in the future, you can always follow the same steps to opt for paper notices and statements.
Login to online banking here and find "bill pay" or "pay a bill" and enroll. You must initially enroll and setup payees on a PC. Once you're enrolled you will be able to access bill pay through the mobile app.

Will I be able to see my loans in online and mobile banking?
Yes, all of your loans with Maui County FCU should be visible in digital banking.
Can I make a loan payment through online and mobile banking?
Yes, you can make and schedule your Maui County FCU loan payments through online. mobile and digital banking.
Can I apply for a loan through online and mobile banking?
Yes, you can apply for all consumer loans and a mortgage/HELOC through online banking and the mobile app. The consumer loan application will look different, and include several new features:

Will my statements look the same?
No, statements will have a new look.
Will my statements be delayed due to the core upgrade?
No, all members will receive mailed statements as of February 29, 2024, including those who have enrolled in e-statements.
Will I be able to access old statements in the new online and mobile banking platforms?
Old statements will not be available in online or mobile banking until a few months post conversion. Please download and save any needed e-statements before 11am HST on February 29, 2024.
Will I need to re-enroll in e-statements?
No, if you received e-statements prior to February 29, 2024, you will not need to re-enroll to receive e-statements.
How can I enroll in e-statements?
All members will be able to enroll to receive e-statements through online and mobile banking.
Will I continue receiving a separate credit card statement?
Yes, you should continue to receive your credit card statement separately.
Phone Banking
What is the new banking by phone number?
The toll free number is now 877-824-4910.
What are the new phone banking menu options?
Can I use my existing PIN for the new phone banking platform?
No, members will need to re-enroll in phone banking and establish a new PIN (personal identification number). Members will need their social security number and account number to re-enroll and call from a phone number on record with the Credit Union.
I don’t currently use phone banking; how can I get enrolled?
All members can enroll in phone banking with their account number and full SSN, and call from a phone number that is on record.
Core Data Processing System
What is a core data processor and why is it being upgraded?
The core processing system is the software and supporting hardware that Maui County Federal Credit Union uses to maintain members’ deposit and loan accounts, process transactions, and support services such as debit cards and online banking.
