  • Safe Deposit Boxes: Available at our Wailuku Branch in three sizes with biometric vault entry. Schedule an appointment to open a box here.
    • Small (3" x 10" x 21.25") box for $55 per year
    • Medium (5" x 10" x 21.25") box for $80 per year
    • Large (10" x 10" x 21.25") box - $130 per year
  • No-Charge ATM Access: No fees at our Smart ATMs, at First Hawaiian Bank and American Savings Bank, and at 30,000-plus ATMs that are part of the CO-OP network.
  • Self-Serve Change Machine: Located at our Kahului branch.
  • Notary Public Service: This service is offered free of charge for members on Tuesdays and Thursdays at any of our branches by appointment only. Schedule an appointment here.
  • Medallion Signature Guarantee Stamp: A special stamp and signature combo, to verify your identity for the transfer of securities. For amounts over $100,000, member will have to go to a bank. This service is offered by appointment at our Wailuku Branch only. An appointment can be made by emailing [email protected]. The following items are required:
    • Unexpired Federal issued U.S. ID
    • Documentation showing the exact and complete ownership of the security
    • Documentation showing the value of the transaction
    • Documentation showing your legal authority
  • Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Insurance: Helps protect members against financial loss if their vehicle is stolen or declared a total loss. GAP coverage reduces or eliminates the difference between members’ primary insurance settlement and the vehicle loan balance.
  • Extended Warranties for New and Used Vehicles: High-quality, comprehensive coverage pays for the cost of parts and labor for any covered vehicle mechanical repair. Also may cover rental car reimbursement, 24-hour roadside assistance, and travel expense reimbursement.
