Located right within our online and mobile banking, you have the tools to understand how your credit score is calculated. Knowing what gets calculated and how will help you understand how to keep your credit score healthy in making the best decisions.
Do you have financial goals? Do you want to improve your credit score to achieve those goals? In Credit Sense, you can create personalized Credit Goals. By selecting your desired credit score and a timeframe in which you want to achieve that goal, you will see recommendations and progress tracking to get you where you want to be.

Learn How to Use the New Edit Goal in Credit Sense
Once logged into our online or mobile banking, users who want to edit their existing credit score goal can click “Edit Goal” on the goals tracking screen.
By clicking “Edit Goal,” a pop-up screen will appear for the user to edit their goal by selecting their new desired credit score and a timeframe that includes the 6, 12, 18, or 24-month options, they want to achieve that goal.
Once they select, a confirmation message will be displayed to the user. The user can then click on the “Okay” button to close the message, and their updated goal will be reflected on the goal tracking screen.
In some instances, a user may try to edit a Credit Goal and receive an error message. In these instances, the goal defined may need to meet the eligibility criteria for Transunion to return recommendations for meeting that goal. The user can click on the “Okay” button to close this message, and the goal tracking screen will continue to show the user their original goal and recommendation.
Learn More About the New Score Progress Pop-Up Modal
A pop-up modal will be displayed to the user who has made progress in their credit score goals. This messaging modal will be displayed once they log into the credit score solution.
This messaging will be displayed for making progress at certain intervals of their goals. These intervals are when a user has reached 25%, 50%, and 75% of their increased credit score.
The user can click the “Show My Progress” button to direct them to the credit goals tracking screen.
