- Available for 1st and 2nd home mortgages.
- Apply for a credit limit of $20,000 to $500,000 up to 80% of the value of your home less any existing mortgage balances.
- Initial Rate fixed for the first 2 years, then adjusts semi-annually based on the six month Treasury Bill rate.
- Most closing costs may be waived, estimated at between $500 to $1,200 if borrower does a minimum $5,000 disbursement within the first 6 months of account opening and does not close the credit line within 12 months of opening.
- Minimum draws are $500 per draw.
- HELOC has a 10-year draw period with a 20-year amortized repayment (principal and interest) period with a minimum $100 monthly payment.
- Borrower must carry fire, hurricane, and flood (if applicable) insurance on the property that is secured as collateral at the borrowers’ expense.
- Not available for condotels, leasehold properties, modular or manufactured homes.
