Woo hoo, both drive thru Smart ATMs are now available. The drive up teller will be open once we're fully staffed in our branches. Don't forget that you'll need to insert your card the long, landscape orientation on all of our ATMs.

As part of our public blessing event, we're honored to be able to present our new neighbors, Ke Hale a Ke Ola Homeless Resource Center, with a donation of $5,000 to help serve the needs of the homeless and hungry on Maui.

There's still finishing work being completed throughout the building, but we received our Certificate of Occupancy and are open to serve you Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Please pardon the construction noise at times.

Our three Smart ATMs are installed... two drive thru and one in the Branch entrance. We're still working to get all of them up and running. Currently the drive thru ATM on the building side lane is working. We'll also have a drive thru teller in the future.

The relocation of our main office from Wili Pa Loop to Kehalani Village Drive has begun. First to move is our Consumer Loans team, to be followed by Accounting, Collections, Human Resources, Marketing and Mortgage. 

Signs of things to come... the interior of the branch is painted and ready for the environmental graphics to go in. You'll find this graphic in our community room, which can accommodate our entire team for training, up to 100 people.

The long-awaited and much delayed cabinets have finally arrived and are being installed. The cabinets are crucial in supporting the countertops and sink fixtures, as the plumbing must be functional to pass our final building inspection for occupancy.

Starting the New Year off with landscaping in, fencing along the retaining wall installed, the parking lot paved and striped. Inside finishing work continues. The cabinets have finally arrived and we're getting ready for installation. 

Closing out 2022 with the exterior signage on our building installed. We're still awaiting the cabinets in order to pass County inspection, and are hoping that opening in February 2023 is still feasible.

We're getting excited to being so close to being move in ready. Hoping for no further delays on cabinetry, which is preventing us from occupancy approval and pushed back our move in date by a month. While you wait, enjoy this 360 aerial video.

ATM double lane drive through views. While we wait for the arrival of the cabinets... grading work on the parking lot is happening. Concrete work on the curbs and walkways is completed. Parking lot lights are in and paving will be up next.

View of the back parking lot for employees. Yay for more parking spaces! This location will have 130 stalls, more than enough room for our members and employees. We're hoping to open to the public in January 2023.

The exterior walls are finished and look so good! Parking lot work is up next with grading, pouring the concrete curbs and walkways, installing the lights and laying the asphalt. We're loving the glass windows and all of the natural light we'll be getting in the building.

Exterior walls are being finished, work on the parking lot has started and the first coat of paint is on the interior walls. We've been impacted by supply chain and labor shortages like everyone else. Anticipated opening is looking more like January 2023.

Concrete coat on the exterior walls of the building is going on while interior walls are being painted, tile work is being done in the restrooms, AC duct work is nearing completion. We're looking forward to being able to serve you here by year end.

The interior is taking shape with exterior windows and doors installed. We're shooting to be substantially completed in October, however with supply chain and labor shortages, it's a moving target.

Our new building will also include a community room with meeting spaces for up to 100 people. In addition to being able to hold all our employees for training sessions, the room will be available to community organizations.

Dry wall is going up and window frames are going in. We're facing labor and supply chain shortages like everyone else, but we're still making progress. Hoping to begin serving our community at this location in late fall.

With the roof of our future main office and Wailuku branch at Kehalani Village Center done, we celebrated the topping off of the building by thanking the contractors and construction workers. 

What's happening on the 3rd floor... flooring is in and exterior walls are up. This floor will house the AC units and storage. Watch this video to peep the views from above.

Steel framing for the roof is nearly complete despite the rain days. Next up is the plywood roof then the water shield. Hoping to top of the building in February 2022.

A huge mahalo to the crew that poured the slab for or second floor. Down below another crew is working on installing the sprinklers on the first floor.

The steel deck pan for the second floor is nearly completed and ready to prep for the concrete pour. Third floor steel deck pan is also going in.

The last steel beam for the framing of the building has been signed and in lifted by crane into place. Mahalo to all of the welders who've been working on the building framing.

The vault has been unloaded panel by panel and installed. This location will offer members three sizes of of safe deposit boxes.

The Concrete foundation has been poured and is curing. Thank you to all the concrete masons who were up at 2am to get the pour completed in a single day.

Grading work of the site is underway with the big machines being brought in for the heavy work. We love seeing our members helping to build our future home. Keoki's the one operating the huge excavator! 

Maui County FCU broke ground on the future site of our new headquarters and Wailuku Branch in Kehalani Village Center. The building is anticipated to be completed in mid-2022.
